This book was sent to Matt at Classic's Inc. for a look see, the info I received is as follows:

 

Est. Grade: App 4.5

 

Notes: Two tears on Back cover about a half an inch, sealed with tape, not considered restoration. Moderate amount of CT, including bottom green banner, circle upper right, and word bubble.
