hm

I've got one at CGC right now. Hope the book stays hot for at least 4 more months doh!

4 months...you must have submitted it on an express tier meh

You're right, I should have went with the FAST TRACK service for a book released in 2004 :tonofbricks:

It should be done any day now. The invoice was verified 30 days ago :news:

so if now is the time to sell you guys are expecting the price to drop soon then right ?.. Soo I should hold off on buying one ? :)

I think there are plenty of people who aren't expecting it to drop but if you're not in a hurry to get it then there's no harm in waiting as it probably won't go up either. At some point, you're sure to find a bargain if you keep your eyes open.

I believe there was a Marvel Must Have reprint though.
The Must Have reprints are great quality, reasonably priced, with an extra art sketchbook section at the back. (thumbs u

...and I was only trying to point a cool factoid coincidence with Wolverine #80 earlier. Little stuff like that builds a richer history for her in my opinion, but not should be capitalized upon, because of lack of facts behind it.

I agree.

Sure, it's interesting background detail, and if I could find a copy in a dollar / 50p box I'd go for it, but as a book for speculators it reminds me a bit too much of when Cable was retconned as Nathan Summers and linked back into X-Men 201. Too slight for me to be interested in paying through the nose for. (shrug)

only no one wants the marvel musts haves cause they are reprints lol some guy sticks them up on ebay for around $30 or more all the time I simply just laugh at the $$ he is wasting doing so

I've found 2 very nice copies in 50 cent boxes over the last few years.

Sold one for $9 and the next one for $50.

Guess I should have held on to them.

$9 was way low but $50 is not bad you still made some cash off a book you paid cover price or less for

I picked up a reasonable copy from ebay shortly after the issue was released and people were just realising that it was getting hot, for about £4 or £5. A while later, I was lucky enough to be the first person to spot a copy for a £1 BIN on ebay and I'm certain that it wouldn't have been long at all till someone else had noticed it. I sold one of the copies at a show for £20 at a show a little while later.

Still got one of the raw copies and a slabbed 9.6 now.

CHRISTOPHER YOST is the current writer of X-Men and the head writer of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon. He wrote X-23 (which he co-created) and X-Force, plus was story editor & head writer for Iron Man: Armored Adv. and FF.

according to eccc anyways ... if he helped create or created x23 in the cartoon which came out first yeah ... I was thinking that would be a great sig to get on a nyx #3 :)

I sold 2 of the "Marvel Must Haves" on eBay last year. One sold on a bidding auction for $42. I was shocked at how much it sold for. So I put another one up for sale with a Buy it Now with Best Offer option. I listed that one at $49.99 and it sold within a couple hours at my asking price.
