Question on shipping potential 9.8+ comics

I have a couple of comics that were graded at 9.9 and wanted to have them graded by CGC. I was wondering what would be the best way to ship them. I know there are plastic cases that I can purchase for comics but right now all I have are bag and board. Can anyone tell me the best way to ship them. Thanks

Best way to ship, especially CGC or PGX, is double boxed.

 

Bubble wrap your books. Place in box with peanuts. Place that box in

another box with peanuts.

If they were graded by PGX, it's pretty much a given they'll come back CGC 9.8s (or lower) - PGX gives out 9.9 for moderns like they were going out of style. Hope you didn't pay a premium over a 9.8

no worries I sure there 9.8's I'd like to keep them that way. I graded a group of four of them and two came back 9.9's one 9.8 and one 9.6 they look pretty nice so hopefully they come back at least 9.8

Just send them in the PGX slabs, appropriately packaged - that's probably the best protection you could give them and the CGC graders won't see the PGX grades in any case.
