I see orange & red on ebay & yeah gold is listed as second print on most of them now that I look not sure about the other ones

There are no other ones ... there's a 1st print (red or orange color) and a 2nd print (gold color).

Anything that ranges from deep red to pale orange is a first print. The 2nd prints are gold.

You shouldn't; it is an odd variation in the amount of red ink. Only the fact that I handled about 250 copies in the early 90's gave me the info.

I've always preferred the deep red covers - the orange looks faded and the Gold looks artificial
