Help adjusting picture size

I want to start uploading pics, but do not know how to adjust sizes. I am not running anything special, PC, Windows 7.

Click Start, Programs, Accessories, then Paint. to start Microsoft Paint.

 

 

 

Open the image file you wish to edit.

 

Click the Image Menu at the top and select Stretch/Skew Image.

 

Choose a percentage figure to resize the image. To avoid distortion, choose the same percentage for the horizontal and vertical stretch.

 

Click OK.

 

Once you have the desired size, click File, then Save or click Save As... to prevent overwriting the original image.

If you have access to Microsoft Office Picture Manager, you can do teh same thing to every photo in a folder. Saves a ton of time.
