This is a tough book to grade and price I think.

 

From the front cover, the book looks like an easy 9.0/9.2 and looks better than the CGC 9.0 that I have for sale. Problem however is the back cover as you can see with a few stains (affect back only). Moreover, there is some kind of insect damage on the left edge that goes through the whole book except the front cover.
