Question for the TMNT experts out there

Hey all I was wondering if anyone had any insight regarding this book I just picked up: TMNT The Collected Book Volume One; it was published by Mirage Studios 1990, printed in the United States by Sleepeck Printing in Bellwood, IL. Just curious if it is at all scarce or has any value - I picked it up on whim at half price books wondering if I paid too much?

Even in that shape its probably worth 30 dollars or more.

I had one of these in NM that I sold for probably 90 dollars before the new trade came out...of course I sold the new trade that went out of print as well

 

Now I'm waiting on the hardcovers

Yes, the book has been relatively tought to find, esp. in nice condition. And at one point it did command a nice premium, fetching up to $150 on ebay at one point (along with some of the other early collected books). However, as stated, the newer collected editions that have come out in recent years and have lowered the price overall on all collected books.
