This is great information to know, thanks for the posting all, please keep us up to date on the resolution.

I have bought many books from E-bay as well and some of the non CGC books are great. I recently recieved from non collector non seller lots, Amazing 300 and 2 Golden age books in excellent shape Rio Lobo (John Wayne etc.., and snow white).

I agree with the beware of expensive keys on ebay, I bought an Amazing fantasy 15 Green label, I did not realize they had qualified defective books at that time, imagine my surprise but the label was advertised so I kept my part of the transaction (6,000 wont make that mistake again : )). Its still a nice book one flaw part of the last page is missing, I was not very happy with CGC at that time (I still like the book).
