If we are going to have to live with it, they could at least get the format right so that it starts below the post, not immediately after the last word.

Yes. And unfortunately, it is woefully inconsistent also. I was just going through your sales thread and it's about 40% of the posts. But no discernible pattern that I can see. Great books, btw. And the prices seem spot on, too. I'm sure they'll get snapped up.

Thanks! Now go buy something!

I just thought I had malware too, making me late this morning.

They pop ups all over the place.

Yep, I thought it was malware too. Appears right up against the poster's text. doh!

Is there a Firefox plugin that will defeat this clutter? If so can someone post a link to the download/install page? Thanks in advance!

It is intrusive to slam an advertisement into someone's post -- in effect giving the ad the de facto approval of the poster. :sumo:

I would like to this that it's an error in computer programming.

This is absolutely a case of having the -script that generates the banner ad content being put in the wrong location of the template the board software uses to generate pages.

It should be pretty easy to fix, at least

This is goofy and really cheapens the boards.. hopefully CGC is doing ok and this isn't a economic indicator of the company. I guess if we start noticing pop up porn sites the end will be near. doh!
