I would just stay clear from the seller.. I don't think he is either serious selling the book or does not have the book in his possession at all.

 

+1, it's the story that never ends! lol

 

If he really does plan to, eventually, sell the book, if he truly does have it. He's certainly made any market he had, very skeptical. meh
