I just got a full run of Hawkeye 1st print because my LCS was putting back everything from pulls that weren't picked up. No PP though. =[

I went in to get bags and left with 7 comics. Then had to turn around and go back for the bags after I walked out.

Just saw that myself.....why the heck would anyone slug it out on a mycomics auction when they can BIN on Ebay for a bundle less!?!

 

Someone needs a P.E.T. scan 4 sure.

Because some people don't like to lose so they just keep bidding. Seller has to be happy though.

made a couple a comments on this elsewhere. It didnt see any movement on ebay, until people started pushing it here. Granted there have been some higher sales, but I'm not a beleiber yet.

It has low reviews on comixology, but I like Riley's art.

Been ruminating on this one......I believe this has more to do with people that have "want" lists on Mycomicshop....

Every time something comes in stock you're looking for you get an email blast. If you don't act quickly enough...before you log into your want list it's snapped up and gone.

I think if folks are reliant upon this store (or a similar store), and they think generally that Ebay is a rip or that their local comic store won't have what they need (which is typical around me)....they are bound to do exactly what has occurred: create auctions that a few folks are getting competitive over merely because they don't have a large radius of places in their comfort zone.

I think it has longer legs than that based on chats at three LCSs last week. At all of them the owners said they had a ton of requests to add it to files by customers. All stores bumped up their orders from #1 - #2 - #3, and #3 sold out within the first hour on release day..........
