Jim is a super nice guy.  The first time I met him was around this time.  I was at the first Wizard Con in Chicago and spotted him from far away on the floor.  I ran down with 2 books and he signed them for me on the spot and was happy to do so.  I'm pretty sure it was this FF #1 and Batman B&W #1.  

Later on that night at the party for all the invitees I saw him sign a Bud bottle for another fan.

I didn't go to the Magic the Gathering/Marel panel at NYCC, but the giveaways for that panel seem to be doing well.
