It's a two-volume set...

 

Book One (in FD's auction) should have Shooter, Leeke, Jorge Gonzalez, and Fontenot.

Book Two would have Shooter, Leeke, Perlin, and VanHook.

 

I only have one set, so it's possible that not all sets are identically signed,

though all should have at least four signatures each.
