This is a reminder that our November Grand Auction ends tonight. This special online event began on the night of Monday, November 7th, and the lots begin closing starting at 8:30 P.M. EST on Monday, November 14th. The auction has over 400 choice high grade CGC certified Marvels and DC’s from the Silver and Bronze Ages plus many other great books to choose from, including a fabulous group of Golden Age books, many from the Edgar Church/Mile High Collection. There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and almost every book is listed without a reserve. Every book is CGC graded and the minimum bid is only $100. This brand new consignment is easily the best Golden Age one to ever come to Pedigree Comics. *9.4-9.6 SILVER AGE MARVELS & DC’S FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER “PHILADELPHIA STORY” COLLECTION:

This amazing group of books comes from an original owner collection of 1,250 comics out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that was debuted at the recent New York Comic Con. Almost every book offered in the auction (40) is a CGC graded 9.4 and higher with white or off-white to white page quality and the few that didn’t grade that high are 9.2’s. Titles include Amazing Spider-Man Annual, Captain America, Fantastic Four, Fantastic Four Annual, Green Lantern, Incredible Hulk Annual, Journey Into Mystery, Tales to Astonish, Thor and X-Men. The 40 comics were all cherry-picked at the comic con and were the nicest books in the collection. Almost incredibly, the books were never bagged or boarded, they were read only once and then just stacked in neat piles on a shelf. The original owner had the foresight to alternate the issues on top of each other so as to prevent spine rolls. The books are flat, glossy and newsstand fresh with exceptional eye appeal.
