Anyone knows what's the proportion and even print run of the above issue and its price variant?

The truth is "no" in regards to the PV aspect of the run.

 

There is alot of speculation as to percentages and such, but nothing published from an authoritative source regarding a ratio of any of the PV's.

i've no idea, but i would like to commend and honour the OP for his correct - and disturbingly, increasingly rare - use of "its," above. always nice to see a rule so frequently broken being followed correctly
