Oh man looks nice for 1.5...

 

Any chance this was a book that survived a fire?

Looks like burn marks...?

I believe it says "BURNT" in pencil at the top of the back cover as well. The fact that Batman survived a fire is pretty cool. Resourceful Detective indeed.
