To avoid auto cropping of your scans put an oversized piece of contrasting paper behind the book! From what I can see I will say 3.5/4.0

You're right, the corners and edges cant been seen properly can they.

This was one I was thinking of buying, it's not my scan, but was sent to me from the seller. I think I'll let it go in favour of a better copy.
