After 6000+ books...

After entering more than 6,000 books into the registry, I got a new error message I had never seen before:

 

The grade for this comic must be verified. Your request has been added to an admin queue and will be resolved by CGC.

That means that either the book is graded a No Grade (NG) or that the label has been removed from the system.

Yeah, I put it in from a scan from John Verzyl and I'm thinking it was an old scan. I'll verify it tonight.

I shudder at the space this takes alone! My 500 books take enough!

Selling off my Avengers and X-men sets reduced my total by about 1,200 books so I've got some free space again. I can almost see the TV now.

If i had your x-men set, i woulda kept it and just bought a bigger tv.

Breaks my heart seeing that set sold, even more so when i couldn't buy a single issue.

I don't really store them in my house. I have a suitably-sized, secure storage area. It contains about 160 CGC-sized comics boxes.

I do the same thing for my comics and wine. Climate controlled. The only problem is i have to travel a short distance to visit both my collections.
