Anybody want to take a crack at this? I'm biased in favor so my judgement can't be trusted on it. Besides that I can't grade worth a hoot anyway.

We also need to see the BC. The rusty staples alone on this one probably put it at VG 4.0 or lower.

No one said it was . . . is the CF attached? and is there any rust migration to the interior?

CF is attached (3 out of 4 staple prongs visible, one must have worked through though or maybe it was never there to begin with, I just don't know), no discernable rust migration on either inside cover nor at CF, there are two small (aprox quarter inch each) tears on the margins of the fifth page in from FC and the fourth page from BC, the whole book is tight, no loose pages at all
