My favorite comic of all time is Marvel Two-In-One Annual #2.

 

That's weird Marvel Two-In-One Annual #7 is probably mine...

It's such a broad question with ultimately the answer leading to Action 1 unless you put some specifics to it.

 

What's the greatest comic in the GA? SA? Greatest story line? Greatest artwork?

 

Greatest monsters? Greatest Superheroes?

 

But, Action 1 is the greatest comic. If I had to pick just one that is it.

Good taste.  As a Bronze Age collector, I would choose Avengers Annual 7.

My pick would be Uncanny X-men 142 (thumbs u

 

Definitely; issue #141 has the Superior cover though. Although, the dark phoenix saga arc from about #129 to #138 is prolly one of the greatest comic arcs of all time IMO.
