Fatale anyone?

just read the Chew 22 preview for Fatale...will that preview appear in any of the issues coming up? Thought it would be like the first few pages of Fatale 1 like they do in other previews. It revealed more about the story than the first 2 issues combined.

it's the same but the front beauty cover is inside Chew 22 where it's outside TWD 92...if that really matters. Hadn't read it before so new to me.

in case anyone was curious, the 3rd printing of Fatale 1 is a B&W Beast cover....the 2nd printing of Fatale 2 is a B&W Fatale 2. I'll bet if there's a 5th printing of Fatale 1 it will be an all red Beast cover. I bought one of each just to complete the run.

i personally think it's classy the way they're doing the reprints...nothing crazy flashy holographic whatever....simple b&w in contrast to the 1st print color. Or like with the 4th print a solid color (blood red).

 

not long till issue 3. I have a feeling the detective is in trouble.

 

in regards to getting my page 8 framed, does michaels have any type of acid free backing or any other archival type of framing available. Or is that even needed with the type of oa i have.

well Fatale's momentum is still pretty steady. Fatale #1(2nd print) & #2(1st print) sold for $25.00 today.

Bummer, no Fatale sketches from Phillips at London Con my way. With no appearances all 2012 in the U.S. and sketch ideas I had in mind, this blows.

Finally read the first issue of this, I like the art a lot but I hope the story starts to pickup quickly.

noir horror is what it is, Lovecraft, Poe, touch of Hitchcock. If you like that type of thing you'll like the comic. Unlike alot of comics that tell 2 books worth of plot in 1 page, it's gradual entertainment. Reminds me a bit of the old Hammer films from the 60s/70s.
