I just picked this up about an hour ago, locally, from a guy with a small collection. He says he traded for this one back in the 60's.

 

FC-Moderate amount of wear when you feel the paper of the cover, top staple is holding the cover from underneath, but chunky. Bottom staple good. CF secure at both points. Bottom staple discolored somewhat. Inside bottom of FC has a "sweat" stain. Spine split about 1.25 inches.

 

BC-no real issues, better than the front cover. Moderate amount of wear.
