PGM: Amazing Spider Man 17

I have been lurking on the site for quite a while and have enjoyed it along the way. I have the oppourtunity to purchase a ASM 17, however am unsure of the grade and of the possible price. Seller states that it is complete and staples are attached, I have not seen it in person as of yet. I appreciate any information or advice you can give me.
