I read it, I meant if there's a back story. There seems to be some hype about tis comic I don't seem to understand, or maybe I'm just looking to hard into it.

 

well it's quite funny. so there's that... :roflmao:

No real back story that I am aware of except for artist/writer Al Hartley's move from mainstream to Christian comics.

I think the appeal is it's strangeness.

And it has different elements that may appeal to a wide range of collectors

a pretty girl

WWII

American heroes

hippies

forced sex

Nazi propaganda

Christian propaganda

Swastikas

etc.

And it did make a couple of top 10 lists
