Sending comic through comic book dealer

I've found on the CGC that are a couple of comic book stores near-by that I could have send to the CGC. Has anybody sent comics through this method and what's your experience? Do you have to have the comic already in the shipping package when you give it to the comic book shop?

On another note...I received a book that was stated in MINT condition never opened never read...and this is what I received. Spawn/Batman Signed by Frank Miller w/certificate

 

What ya'll think? There is a return 14 days and also contacted seller about this.

+1 - I am generally weary if a book is described as bing in "mint" condition; it rarely ever is.

It all depends what you paid. That limited edition Frank Miller signature sure is cool, if you got it cheap enough that alone is still worth while.
