that bc is tough to grade...it could be nothing and the scan is making it looks like there are some funky discoloration going on.

 

as far as the fc, what is going on with the "N"?...is that just dirt?

is that foxing along the bottom of the front cover and on the white part of the back? maybe 6.5-7.0

It appears to be foxing on the BC. The "N" on the FC and just below it appears to be excess ink.
