This one looks to be in pretty good shape. Hoping the foxing at the BL and across the bottom does not hit it too hard. Thank for your input.

8.5 The foxing isn't that bad and I think this much is allowable at a 8.5. IMO I think you would get hit harder for both of the left corners. The upper one looks to have been filed down a bit.

I think 8.5 is doable but I don't see it lower than 8.0. Sadly even 9.0 is almost not slab worthy so we won't find out what CGC think
