What other non-white blank covers are out in the Modern scene besides ASM 36?

I believe there are the following black covers

 

Witchblade 54 - logo only

Tomb Raider 21 - logo only

 

Cannot think of any others, at the moment.

Wasn't there a Ghost Rider one?

There's 5 black leathery type covers from the "Midnight Massacre" storyline from 1992 if you count that as modern (which includes the Ghost Rider one you're probably thinking of).
