PGM: Amazing Spider-man #400 - Variant Cover

I can't even remember where I got this but i'm the original owner who screwed it up.

 

I'm sure I bought it brand new but it got crunched at the top along the way.

 

What grade would you guys give it? The actual hard embossed cover is perfect...

 

What is this thing worth? Curious...sorry about the pics..no scanner tonight.

That's a tough one! With the crunch, plus some fairly meaty spine stress visible in the second photo, I don't think I could go above 6.0 and maybe more like 5.0. Books with single harsh defects like that are always hard to grade.

In decent shape they go for over $50 raw, here's a couple from ebay. You might be able to get $25 or so. BTW - 5.5 is my grade
