Ok so I am new to collecting and looking for advice. Please don't kill me about the picture. I know a scan is preferred but this is what the seller sent me. He is saying a 6.0 I don't really see that all. I was wondering if you guys could offer some advice for me based of this crappy picture I have to work with.

Slight rust on staples but no migration. 1/4 inch spine split. Several spine stress lines but none that break color. Cover has practically no creases or dimples. No restoration. All pages and centerfold are firmly attached. Off-white pages with slight browning at bottom. No brittleness. Slight blunt lower left corner. Graded 6.0 using published standards (Gemstone/Overstreet and Mile High) are all the details he sent me.
