Are there any GA Droopy & Tex Avery Comics?

Were there any GA Tex Avery related comics released back in the day? I could imagine Dell having released a few.

 

And if not, why not!?!

Comics.org shows some Dell books with Droopy in them. Doesn't appear there are any solo titles. Mostly Giants, Comic Albums, etc.

Droopy was a back up in a lot of Tom and Jerry issues and Giants, as far as I know he never had his own issue.

Aha, I'd never looked at the comics.org advanced search before. That gives some very useful info.

 

After searching I discovered the 1943 comic Our Gang that features a Droopy story, from before he had that name, featuring the wolf and produced by Carl Barks. I will investigate further.

 

I wonder if he ever made it to a cover.

I don't have my copies scanned, so these are from GCD, as far as i know his only cover appearance was

unless you count the floating heads on the side of the covers, then he appeared on a few more
