Shipping to Canada question....

OK - heres the problem I had an auction for 39 Sub-Mariners. I was asking $7.00 postage in the U.S. The winner who is in BC Canada paid me without reading the auction which said "Canada postage slightly higher" anyway I go to the post office to see how much it will be to send. $18.00 to send from Pgh Pa to BC Canada!!!!!

I e-mailed the buyer the bad news and am waiting to hear back. Any thoughts...

Most international bidders are aware of the higher (sometimes MUCH higher) shipping costs...so it shouldn't be a problem.

 

You already covered your back with your auction disclaimer...so you shouldn't need to worry.

 

If the guy doesn't accept is he's just being an [!@#%^&^] and should be treated as one....

What Chrom said......and if he gives you further problems, give him the money back and go with the next highest bidder.....
