PGM Modern Comics 58

The second book i have is Modern Comics 58. I picked this up about a month ago at a LCS.

 

 

You can see a tear right by Blackhawks hat, that is actually a puncture that goes through almost half the book. Back cover looks pretty brittle but doesnt feel as brittle as it appears. All pages are intact and tight. Thanks everyone for looking and for any comments.
