Please help with this Batman #238!

Super nice copy at first glance, flat and glossy with rich inks, and the squarebound spine has virtually no color wear at all. However, the open edge along the BC has a strip of notable foxing/discoloration... and the open edge of the FC has a faint echo of it too. Thoughts?

without the foxing/discoloration, I think the book is 8.5 but as is, I will go with 7.5 max. It is too bad because it is so hard to find a nice copy of this book with sharp edges/corners.
