Thanks in advance everyone. I'd really like to get some opinions before I offer it for sale. Very solid & glossy. Clean too. Except for the staple wear the spine is pretty nice. It's not loose though and the centerfold is problem free.

5.5 ....just too many creases on the top half of the front cover for me to go higher.

Mark! I am thinking 5.5/6.0 with the creases. Especially toward the URC of the FC.

Really nice book, it looks bright and fresh. Technically I think 4.5 because of the creasing and light sub-crease. I'd price it well above that though. If I was allowed to guess a range, I'd say 4.5-5.5 - depends on which group of graders you get and how fresh it feels and how flat it lays. I think would grade out between these two:
