anyone familiar with the seller "raztrack"

Thought I'd stop lurking for a bit and make a post. I noticed the following auction:

 

ADVENTURE Comics IGA promotional early 1940s HIGH GRADE

 

Does anyone know the history of this comic? I've never seen it before. Also, has anyone dealt with raztrack before?

I haven't dealt with the seller before, but I can tell you a little about the comic based on the info in Overstreet.

It's listed in the "Promotional" section under "Adventure". It's from the early 40's, though it is undated. There are two different versions of this giveaway, though I don't know if the covers are different (anything in Gerber?). They both reprint 1941 material from Super Mystery Comics. They list for $25/$50/$75/$143/$189/$235.
