Is it uncommon for pages of OA from the same book to be different sizes?

I just bought two pages from the Squadron Supreme graphic novel "Death of a Universe" and the pages are on different size art pages. One is 11x17 and the other is 14x20. They are clearly both by Paul Ryan but I have never seen pages from the same book so far apart in size. I was just wondering if that was common on books from the 80's or any era.

I double checked the "bigger" page for clues. At first I thought it might be just inks or something because at the top of the page there is a big "76%" in the top margin but you can clearly see pencils under the ink. The paper also says " Art paper for graphic novels". The smaller page is normal.
