Superman 125 - Your Thoughts?

Hello friends and comic mavens -

 

I picked this up for under $10 and wanted your opinion on the grade. Notice the creasing on top and the bottom right, spine wear, 1 inch split on bottom left spine. Back is mostly clean. I took the front cover pick at an angle to avoid the flash, so the image looks a little tilted. Your Thoughts? Thanks. - Ryan
