Marvel Mystery 9 - 3.0 (SA)

I purchased this from Ryan H in 2008 and here's his description of the book.

 

This copy is COMPLETE, very solid, and a nice lower grade affordable copy with GREAT eye appeal. Colors are nice and bright on this copy. This copy is raw, graded at a 3.0 (several experienced parties have agreed to this grade), with amateur resto work done in the form of spine splits sealed neatly with glue. There is enough glue to warrant a purple CGC label, but that is it for resto work. As far as can be told, everything else about this book is original. Book feels very solid in hand.

 

Staple is popped at top staple on cover, and cover is hanging on at bottom staple. Covers (and book overall) is somewhat soiled, but not distractingly so (soiling more evident on back cover where there are large areas of white space). No major chunks missing, just the spine is roughed up a bit. Inside covers have tanned. Covers are more of a matte finish, not glossy.

 

Page quality is about CREAM (reaching towards OFF WHITE towards the inside of the pages). Pages are still supple everywhere, no brittleness. Centerfold attached at top staple only.

 

Asking $6K
