PGM: Archie 40 with a top stain..help!

Any thoughts on how this stain running through the top will effect an other wise lower grade GA book like this. Have more of these with and without the stain and not sure how to grade them. Pages are not stuck together.

I would say a 3.5 maybe 4.0...

 

Without the stain I would think somewhere around a 4.5 / 5.0.

4.5 without the stain.

 

3.5 with it.

I would say structurally with the spine wear on the front and slight tears on the back, you'd be looking at a 4.0 without the stain.

 

With the stain, I think a 3.0...
