I'm not a fan of big stains like that,I wouldn't even put this book in a mylar.A reader in my book.If you want a grade it would be Good/Good+ 2.0/2.5

Tough book to grade. Besides the large stain on the B.C. it also looks like some water marks/lines across the botton edge too. I think the book is a solid 4.0/4.5 without the stain. My opinion is 3.5 tops.

If the stain weren't there, it would be a very nice 4.5. However, looking through Overstreet, the highest grade that I can find with a water stain is a 2.5.

 

So I say 2.5
