FEDERAL MEN #2...just found out that the cover is a copy

Even though I have quite a few LOONEY TUNES & MERRIE MELODIES

COMICS...this is the only all BUGS BUNNY COMIC I have in my collection.

Again, this was an other one bought off the rack at W.T. GRANTS.
