I'd call it a conservative 9.0/9.2. There's a very light "bend" in the "N" of Sonic and a small spine tick under the Comics Code logo. The top staple isn't centered, so there is a slight bit of curl on the back cover at the staple and three non color breaking ticks on the back spine. Outer corner are sharp, as is top spine corner. Bottom spine corner is a bit soft. I can provide up close photos if you'd like.
