I think gaz said it was the regular cover... That issue features the Revival events from the viewpoint of Cooper so that is why they had Scottie Young do the whole "baby variant" thing.

I love Jenny's covers too, but I think S.Y. taking over just one cover is a welcome thing. I like his art a lot and besides, Jenny deserves a break. I think it was a good call to have him do this cover if the issue will focus on Cooper's p.o.v.
