9.2+ values, there a standard?

Volitile as hell is about all I can figure with values of books up over 9.2.

 

There a standard that can be used to try and figure what a 9.4 of the book should be worth. Twice 9.2? Then a 9.6. 5 times 9.2? 9.8 seems to be impossible to predict.

 

CGC 9.6, Off-White, Pacifc Coast. Added recently to Comiclink. Can't afford it, but was curious if the $305 was a decent price for that book, and realized that with only the 9.2 $60 book price, and me being only newly interested in HG CGC books, that I didn't have a lot to judge with.
