That is for the Medium Flat-Rate box. It used to be $32, but has gone up very recently, it seems.

 

The box weighs 9 pounds, would take around $60 if I didn't have the FR box.

But IDK what exactly is going on with my last offer now, and I am unable to use PayPal because my bank closed my checking account without teling me, and even though I have money in my PP account, I can't use PP at all without a bank backing my account up.
