Needing a little help in grading this GA book, I'm thinking of putting it up for sale on the boards here but I'm trying to nail a grade down on this.

I'm not much of a grader of GA stuff so I'm not sure if I should be more liberal or stringent with this one.

Any help would be welcomed and Thank you in advance.

 

*That is a small tear on the top bc, however that is a crease flowing to the right of it and not a rip.
