Issue 1 is Fine or so.

Issue 2-38 are 9.6's to 9.8 and from the Potomac collection I have been bringing out.

I have no doubt that up to a half of these would grade out a 9.8 if you were looking to do that.

 

These beauties are unread all the incredible covers and a great complete run. A nice #1 might run another $10 this one just has some back cover issues.
