9.4 with what appears to be a spine roll and color removal ?

Noticed an Adventure Comics 305 CGC 9.4 currently on ebay.

 

Magnifying the pic shows what appears to be an obvious spine roll, and color removal esp on the pinkish parts of the cover towards the top, where it now appears to be white instead of pink.

 

Are these apparent flaws just an unwanted side effect of scanning ?

 

Or if the apparent flaws are indeed flaws, then is this book just a lucky pass through ? or do spine rolls and colour removal blemishes generally count so low on the CGC meter ?

All the flaws you are pointing out are because of the difficulty of

scanning a CGC case. I see no evidence of a spine roll, or moisture,

or discoloration. These are all scanning issues and the book is probably

AWESOME in hand!!
