PGM very first Fiction House

It's my first Fiction House of what will be a growing collection. (I hope). Just to see if this is the grade they sold it me as, what grade do you pro's give it?

Great first Fiction House. Coincidently that was my first FH book as well, before i even knew what FH was. I just bought it cuz i thought it was a cool old book. It was beat to hell and back but i still thought it was cool.

 

I was thinking around 7.0 before i saw the back cover. Back covers a lil rough so i'll say 5.5-6.0?
